We become individuals

When we began to speak, or voice our thoughts. No longer are we content with being fed mush and coo'ed to. We want food not in a miniature jar, but those curiously mis-shapen, hopefully messy things. The messier, the better.

Then we grew up. And realized that there are more options available. Like a kid in a candy store, we wonder, should we, or shouldn't we? And the resultant decision trees of course.

As we mature, we long for the simple pleasures of the youth, of speaking unabridged, of doing whatever we please despite the changing color of our hair. And we despise due diligence. Instead, we favor the gutteral, the more the better.
