I broke down and had my hair straightened yesterday. Now I have to wait 3 days before I can wash my hair, and 7 days before I can tie my hair. My hair stylist was funny. Given the rainy weather, I asked him what to do if I got rained on. He said that I should straighten my hair right away. Imagine me arming myself with flat irons while being out and about.
The whole process took 4.5 hours. I did a good deal of magazine flipping, and people watching. I even scoped out my next hair cut. Basically the reverse bob that was very hot last year.
