Elated

was how I felt after finding out that Obama will be our president come January. Why? Its a perfect example of how for once, we will look past our appearances and focus on character, merit, you name it. Although I cannot run for president myself, I am happy to have Obama represent me.

I was just thinking yesterday that I have witnessed three major events in history: the 1989 earthquake, 2001 plane crash and now this. I can honestly say that I was the happiest in witnessing this milestone.

Can't hardly wait for 1/20/09.
