While trying to feed the meter, I realized I left my driver license and credit cards at home. Given the recent rate hikes, I would only be able to afford 20 minutes of parking, not enough time to do anything.A big thank you to a random stranger who had some change, and a friend who answered my call of desperation.
Note to self: need to have caffeine before I leave the house.
