Blonde moment of the month

Sad to say, but I had my blonde moment on the first day of the month. Eek! So yesterday, I got an email from my HMO saying that my lab results are ready. Not knowing what they were talking about, I shrugged it off and assumed that the HMO messed up on its email addresses, and I got something that was not meant for me.

A whole 12 hours later, I remembered that I did do a lab test, and the HMO was right. Am hiding under a rock right now.
