Eager to get my taxes started, I was peeved to find out that I do not have all my interest statements. I called up my bank, and inquired in an anguish manner as to when it will arrive. The customer service agent gently reminded me that since my savings account balance was nil, I won't be getting one. Embarrassed, I thanked her profusely and hung up the phone.
